To check PHP, you can create file in /var/www/html/

  1. cd /var/www/html/
cd /var/www/html/
  1. sudo vim index.php
sudo vim index.php

And put there

  1. <?php phpinfo();
<?php phpinfo();

If you see output (using url http://127.0.0.1/), check libraries and we may continue.

If  you do not see anything:

  • check SecurityGroups permissions. maybe http requests for port 80 are not allowed, OR you edit incorrect group;
  • check settings for apache & php, try to restart it.
